Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically processes standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses, browser user agent, and timestamp) strictly to deliver web pages securely and maintain operational reliability.
The concierge chat
When you interact with our website concierge, the messages you submit, a temporary random session identifier, and the current page URL are transmitted securely to our automation workflow service (n8n, operated for us by TodsAI) and processed by an artificial intelligence model provider (Google Gemini) to generate answers in real time.
If you request personal follow-up from our team, the contact details you share (such as your name, email address, or phone number) are delivered directly to the Meraki reservations team by email. Please do not submit confidential medical or sensitive personal health details through the automated chat widget.
Email correspondence
